HEAR ME

I love making music, and have been posting some demos I recorded in my basement on my soundcloud page. Have a listen to my low-fi garage rock:

Save Pepe

Matt Furie's ubiquitous frog has taken quite a beating lately. The easy-going amphibian was labeled a hate symbol by the Southern Poverty Law Center because of its use in internet harassment and trolling by alt-right garbage people. Here's my contribution in hopes of turning his fate around. I think Pepe's gonna be alright.

MAD MAGAZINE!

I have a gag cartoon in the Fundalini Pages of MAD Magazine (#542)! It's an incredible honor to be an official member of The Usual Gang Of Idiots; it's surreal for me to even say that. Even when I got my issue in the mail (yes, I have a subscription), it felt like a dream. (It still does!)

I joke around a lot, and maybe that's why I actually got in, but I say with all sincerity: don't give up on those big dreams of yours, they might actually come true. Or as a wise old STINCKER once said, "FOLLOW YOUR BLISS!"

BLACK EYE 3

I'm thrilled to be included in the final installment of BLACK EYE 3, published by Ryan Standfest's Rotland Press. It's an incredible line up of talent, and I'm honored to be in the mix. There's a crowdfunding effort underway with only a week left. Please check it out and consider pitching in and get yourself a killer book filled with some great dark humor. Lots of perks to choose from, including original art by Tom Bunk (!) as well as my FOLLOW YOUR BLISS! screen print.

But don't take my word for it, check out this episode of The Comics Alternative, in which two guys with Phd's talk about how much they like it.

Quimby's Bookmark!

I had the honor and the pleasure of doing a bookmark for Quimby's Bookstore in Chicago. I paid homage to some of the great Chicago cartoonists, past and present. Could do a dozen more of these with all the talent in this city! Get one at Quimby's or Chicago Comics, or from me :)
